These classes are for Alumni (scroll down or click here to see eligibility requirements)… those ChiWalkers who have completed ChiWalking Lite + 2 ChiWalking classes, the 4-Hour ChiWalking or ChiWalk-Run workshop with any Instructor OR completed ChiWalking Level I and II.
Deepen your ChiWalking experience with this spectrum of walks/runs that work on all four levels of the human experience: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
ChiWalking Energizing Walk: Feeling tired and lethargic? You will learn various techniques through the use of breath work and visualization during this walk which will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.This is an informational class and a workout. You will get at least a 45 minute workout. (ChiWalking 101 prerequisite) $15 – 1 hour
ChiWalking Hilly Walk Hills are an easy and fun workout when using the ChiWalking technique! You will learn another type of walk to add to your fitness regime. Discover how your upper body will help you attack the hills with ease. This is an informational class and a workout. You will get at least a 40 minute workout doing hill intervals. ChiWalking 101 prerequisite) $20 – 1.5 hours
ChiWalking: Cardio Walk: Boost your cardiovascular system with the ChiWalking Cardio Walk. This walk will be done in intervals which allow your heart to go through alternating cycles of work and rest. Learn how your cadence and upper body movement can help increase your speed.
This is an informational class and a workout. You will get at least a 45 minute cardio walk during this session. (ChiWalking 101 prerequisite) $15 – 1 hour
