“I liked that the class was down to earth, easy to understand and hands-on. Lisa, as instructor, has a likeable personality and presented all topics very
well in the time presented. She took the time to listen to our comments and questions. The workshop made everything click together that you cannot
get from reading a book even watching online or DVD. I have already incorporated some of Chi Techniques in my Curves exercise class and at home. I
would take the workshop again and also suggest it to others. 12/10/12”

“I put as my goal prior to the workshop (prior to “understanding”….!) that I want to walk 10,000 steps. NOT really! I want to be at 25 BMI. Since the workshop, after completing Week 1 of the workbook, starting on Week 2: I am excited about my vision, about my participation in the 8 weeks, and what is ahead of me one year; 5 years, and 10 years down the road! I am completely energized, and feel that I have a renewed sense of purpose.
Retiring, selling our home of 17 years, leaving the town where we spent our professional career felt good; but participating in ChiWalking gives me a way to access once again the excitement of being and doing, having the physical strength and endurance to “manage” all the activities necessary for full-timing with a motor home; AND to hike, explore all those destinations without fear of pain from hips, knees, etc! I was hesitant to state goals that I could not meet. Now, through my vision, and shorter goals, I can!”
