Burn calories, improve endurance & perfect running form through FUN running drills and games. Increase stamina and stability with core and glute strengthening exercises.

Progressively increase your endurance, speed, and running ability while having fun with friends!

ALL LEVELS of runners welcome! WOMEN ONLY (1st one is free)

Bring water and yoga mat/towel. 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of stretching and strength training for runners.
