Track Workout for Runners and Walkers: Women Only
ALL LEVELS of walkers and runners welcome! You do the workout at your own pace 😉 These are a great way to change up your regular walking or running routine. Every session will be different and fun. These workouts will push you a bit out of your comfort zone, will burn more calories and give you a good variety. OPTION: Timed mile on the 1st Thursday of every month. Coaching on form included.

Beginner Trail Running
Are you a hiker that wants to dabble into running on trails? Or a road runner who wants to try something new? Trail running is easier than you think! Hitting the trails is the ultimate way to experience the mind-body bliss running. You will learn safety and technique tips on how to get started and find out what special equipment you will need.
This is an informational class but will also include a trail run.

Beginner Night Trail Running
Add some excitement to your running! Conquer your fear and discover the desert at night time. You will learn safety and technique tips on how to get started and find out what special equipment you might need. Class is for all levels. This is an informational class and a workout.
Improve your balance, agility and stability for trail running/hiking regardless of your level. You will reduce injuries by learning the key components of trail fitness. Every action and movement in hiking and trail running require balance and stability. Make the most of your workouts by incorporating these elements into your routine. You will receive a workout handout and video links to do at home.
Bring a yoga mat.

Butts, Guts & Foam Rollers for Walkers/Runners
Strength training and stretching will help you be the best runner you can be. During this session, we will do a strength training routine followed by stretching (including how to use a foam roller). You will receive a handout and video links so you can do these at home on your own. Bring a yoga mat and foam roller.
