My name is Lisa Pozzoni, founder of The Running University (also Easy Fitness Solutions).
I’ve shifted my focus from personal training to walking and running, more specifically ChiWalking and ChiRunning. I’ve been teaching these methods since 2010 and they’ve changed my life and the lives of many others.
I swore I would never be a runner, let alone do anything over a 5K (3.1 miles) but I’ve achieved goals I never thought possible with walking and running. From the Breast Cancer 3-Day to a 50K trail run (31.1 miles), my life has changed forever….and I WANT TO CHANGE YOURS TOO!
I used to be overweight and tried every diet out there until I realized I had to change my lifestyle permanently.
I tell people all the time that they need to find something fitness related that they enjoy so they will keep doing it for life. Walking and running are one of the easiest things you can do ANYWHERE!
You might be thinking that it’s not for you because: you’re too old, too overweight, or whatever your ego keeps telling you but trust me when I say, when you learn how to move your body the right way, ANYONE can walk or run!
