I created these options for Alumni as way to deepen your walking and running practice. As they say: “Practice makes progress”.
You are eligible for Alumni classes once you’ve completed one of these:
- ChiWalking or ChiRunning or ChiWalk-Run 4-hour workshops
- ChiWalking 101 + 2 ChiWalking classes
- 3 hours of one on one sessions to learn the basic technique
